27 detected Covid +ve till 6 PM in Cachar on Thursday, 45 discharged

July 29:  A total of 27 new cases of COVID-19 was reported till 6 PM on Thursday in Cachar. The number of positive cases is expected to rise towards the night. During the day, 3,505 Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) were done in which 25 were found positive, whereas 02 persons were detected positive in RT-PCR test. Also, 45 persons got cured and were subsequently discharged. At present, there are 255 active cases in the district. It needs mention here that 37 persons were detected Covid-19 positive on Wednesday.
