10 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Thursday, 3 discharged

July 29: Hailakandi registered 10 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday. Of the 10 positive cases detected on Wednesday, 08 of them have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) whereas 02 person were detected positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 77 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 1,098 RAT tests and 215 RT-PCR tests were done. 03 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,787 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,286 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 10 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Wednesday. Till date 49 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district. During the day, 849 persons were vaccinated in Hailakandi .
