65 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Friday, 118 discharged

June 4: Hailakandi registered 65 new COVID-19 cases on Friday. Of the 65 positive cases detected on Friday, 61 have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) and 04 found positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 1,372 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 1,967 RAT tests and 325 RT-PCR tests were done. 118 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 6,609. As of now, 1,914 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 83 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Thursday.

As of now, in the 56,290 persons have received the 1st dose of the vaccine (irrespective of age), whereas, 16,737 have been administered the 2nd dose in Hailakandi district.
