34 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Sunday, 87 discharged

June 13: Hailakandi registered 34 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday. Of the 34 positive cases detected on Sunday, 29 have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) and 05 found positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 761 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 1,816 RAT tests and 169 RT-PCR tests were done. 87 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,132. As of now, a total of 2,962 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 57 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Saturday.

As of now, in the 59,670 persons have received the 1st dose of the vaccine (irrespective of age), whereas, 17,372 have been administered the 2nd dose in Hailakandi district.
