34 found Covid+ve in Karimganj & 8 in Hailakandi on Monday

Jan. 31: On Monday, Hailakandi registered 08 new COVID-19 case. The district has altogether has 129 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 822 RAT tests and 36 RT-PCR tests were done. 54 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 9,228 (1st, 2nd & 3rd wave).

As of now, a total of 5,572 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 05 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Sunday. Till date, 55 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 1,498 persons were vaccinated on Monday.

Karimganj registered 34 fresh COVID case on Monday. The district has currently 204 active COVID cases, while 58 patients were discharged on Monday. 626 swab samples were collected during the day. It needs mention here that 05 persons were detected positive in Karimganj on Sunday.
