3-year-old boy & a cancer survivor defeats corona & comes back home safe

August 10: Coronavirus has taken many people in its grip. The aged and the children are most vulnerable to novel coronavirus. The problem becomes much more acute when it comes to patient with co-morbidity factors. However, on Monday, a little master who is also a cancer survivor fought bravely with COVID-19 and emerged victorious.

The brave hero identified as Bishal Das (03 years) was infected with coronavirus. Being a cancer survivor, he was in the risk zone when he tested positive. Bishal was then admitted at Gauhati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH). He was given special attention by the medical team at GMCH. Fortunately, little Bishal won the battle against COVID-19 and is now cured to get back to his home.

Sharing this inspiring instance, State health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote, “Our Bravest Hero Such a delight to share that Bishal Das, a 3 year old boy & a cancer survivor, has defeated #COVID19 & is ready to be back home with his loving family!
