3 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Saturday, 14 discharged

July 31: Hailakandi registered 03 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday. Of the 03 positive cases detected on Saturday, all of them have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) whereas none were detected positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 59 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 867 RAT tests and 119 RT-PCR tests were done. 14 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,790 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,307 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that none were found positive in Hailakandi on Friday. Till date 50 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.
