294 found Covid +ve in Assam, 903 discharged & 5 deaths registered on Thursday

Feb. 10: On Thursday, out of 30,008 tests, 294 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 7,22,977. The positivity rate in the state is 0.98 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 88 positive cases during the day. Further, on Thursday, 05 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,590. The recovery rate is 98.29 percent. Also, 903 persons were discharged during the day. There are at present 4,421 active Covid patients in the state.

It needs mention here that on Wednesday, 315 persons tested positive in Assam and 06 deaths were registered.
