‘৪১ দিন ছেলের কবরের পাশে রাত দিন থাকতে হবে। প্রণামী দিতে হবে ৭ লক্ষ। তবে ছেলেকে ঠিক ফিরে পাবেন’। তান্ত্রিকের এমন আশ্বাস পেয়ে ছেলের মায়ায় ফাঁদে আটকা পড়ে যান রামু। যে কোনও ভাবে জোগাড় করে তড়িঘড়ি এই বিশাল অঙ্কের টাকা তুলে দেন ভন্ড তান্ত্রিকের হাতে। কথামত বসে থাকেন কবরের কাছে। খবরটি পুলিশের কানে যেতেই, সদলবলে ছুটে আসেন পুলিশ কর্মীরা। কবরের পাশ থেকে ৩৮ দিনের মাথায় উদ্ধার করেন রামুকে। প্রতারক তান্ত্রিকের খোঁজে রয়েছে পুলিশ।
প্রসঙ্গত, ২০১৪ সালে মাত্র ২৬ বছর বয়সে মারা যায় রামুর ছেলে শ্রীনিবাসুলু। তরতাজা ছেলেকে হারিয়ে তখন থেকেই গভীর শোকে আকূল বাবা থুপ্পাকুল্লা রামু।

He returned home, but still believed that his son would come back to life. Finally, they left their son’s burial spot and returned home after 37 days.
