2 peddler arrested near Silchar Rail station

 way2barak, 15 April: Based on a reliable input Cachar Police conducted a operation near Silchar Railway station under Silchar Police Station and apprehended two drug peddlers namely,

1. Abalur rehman S/O Shahjahan Ali ,Rupohi, Teliha, Chapori, Nagaon

2. Jinnat Ali S/O Abdul Malik , Rupohi,Teliha Chapori, Nagaon

and recovered 5 soap cases containing suspected heroine weighing about 58 grams . The price of the narcotics substance in the black market is worth about Rs 29 lakhs. The DDK also shows positive result for heroine . Police seized the substance. Further investigation into the matter has been on.
