2 active cases of Covid-19 in Cachar at present

March 1: On Monday, no new case of COVID-19 was reported in Cachar. During the day, a total of 1114 Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) were done, out of which, none were found positive. Also no persons were detected positive in RT-PCR Test. This was informed by Dr. Ibrahim Ali Ahmed, District Surveillance Officer (DSO), IDSP, Cachar on  Monday night. 01 person was discharged during the day.

With this, the district tally of coronavirus has stands at 11,484.  Further, a total of 11,444 patients were discharged in the district as of now. Cachar registered a total of 38 COVID-19 deaths till now. At present, there are only 02 active cases of COVID-19 in the district. Out of the 02 active cases, 01 of them is in home isolation,whereas, the other is admitted at SMCH.
