192 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Monday, 232 discharged & 5 deaths registered

Nov. 22: On Monday, out of 38,892 tests, 192 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,15,574. The positivity rate in the state is 0.49 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 86 positive cases during the day. Further, on Monday, 05 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,077. The recovery rate is 98.54 percent. Also, 232 patients were discharged during the day. At present, there are 1,581 active cases in the state.

It needs mention here that on Sunday, 91 persons tested positive in Assam and 01 death was registered.
