101 tests +ve in Assam on Monday; 93 patients discharged
Active cases 3,525 in Assam
Dec. 21: On Monday, out of 24,139 tests, 101 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 2,15,510 out of which, 3,525 are active cases. The positivity rate in the state is 0.42 percent.
On Monday, 93 patients were discharged in Assam. With this, a total of 2,10,962 patients got cured and were subsequently discharged from various hospitals and Covid Care centres across the state. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Further, during the day, 03 more patient died in Assam due to COVID-19. The death tally of the state now stands at 1020.
