1 year of BJP govt in Assam; Conference of MLAs of BJP & allied parties to be held in Kaziranga on 5 & 6 May

May 4: On completion of one year of Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma-led BJP government in Assam, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be in the state and participate in a number of events to mark the occasion. In this connection, Chief Minister held a meeting with senior officials of Assam Government and reviewed preparedness for the visit of the Home Minister.

Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma also reviewed preparations for Conference of MLAs of BJP & allied parties scheduled on 5th & 6th May in Kaziranga. The conference is aimed at improving skills of the public representatives as well as effective implementation of govt schemes.
