Yogi govt launches scheme for cashless medical benefits for state employees, pensioners in UP
The scheme will benefit around 22 lakh state government employees, pensioners and their dependents.
July 22: It’s indeed a good news for the employees and pensioners in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a scheme to provide cashless medical facilities for state employees and pensioners at government- run institutions and medical colleges without any financial limit. The scheme will benefit around 22 lakh state government employees, pensioners and their dependents.
Launching the scheme at an event here, the chief minister said a State Health Card would be provided to the eligible employees and pensioners. Adityanath said that in its previous tenure itself, his government had instructed the department concerned to prepare an action plan to provide cashless medical facilities to state government employees.
