Many have raised questions regarding the judiciousness of keeping persons under home quarantine. Regarding this, the minister said, “I do not take decisions. Decisions are taken by doctor. Large scale instructional quarantine is not possible because of common bathroom. It creates risk for otherwise negative people. In Goalpara we are suffering for this.”
