July 28: On one hand, when Assam Chief Minister has asked for restraint and maintaining status quo in the border dispute with Mizoram, Rajya Sabha MP K Vanlalvena came up with an explosive statement which is unbecoming of a parliamentarian or any citizen of the country.
K Vanlalvena, Member of Parliament of Rajya Sabha, while speaking with ANI after the border violence said, “More than 200 policemen of Assam Police entered Mizoram’s territory and they pushed back our policemen from our own post. They gave firing order first, before we fire them. They are lucky that we have not killed them all. If they come again, we shall kill them all. Ok.”
