TET to be held on Sunday, Dist Administration issues advisory for candidates

Oct. 29: The Assam Government is going to conduct Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), 2021 for Lower Primary (LP) and Upper Primary (UP) on 31 October (Sunday). In Barak Valley, the examination will be conducted only in Cachar district. It is in this connection that the Deputy Commissioner, Cachar has issued general advisory which are to be followed by all the candidates.

  • No electronic gadget like digital watch, mobile phone. calculator. etc. only analogous watch will be allowed
  • No bag will be allowed inside.Bag’s to be kept out side at candidates own risk.
  • Jammer will be installed in every centre. Hence candidate are requested to refrain from unlawful activities •
  • Each candidate are to reach the centre 1 hour prior to examination time. Dist administration will not be responsible for arriving late.
  • Blind candidates have to take their authority letter /paper for their scribe from District Social Welfare Officer of the concerned district and submit at exam centre.
  • Students have to arrange their own transportation
  • Everybody should maintain Covid protocol in all respects. All candidates are requested to carry their own mask and transparent bottle of hand sanitizer.
  • Candidate are to carry the clearly printed admit card. No photocopy will be allowed.
  • Right of admission of candidates lies in the hand of Centre-in-charge only.
  • Everybody should maintain decorum. No candidate will allowed to leave washroom for washroom in first hour of the examination.
  • No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall before completion of the exam time.
  • All candidates have to deposit all Test booklet and the OMR sheets to the concern invigilator on completion of the exam.
