PNB donates OT equipment & generator set to SM Dev Civil Hospital as part of CSR

March 22: A programme on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity by Punjab National Bank (PNB) by donating Operation Theatre (OT) equipment and Generator to SM Dev Civil Hospital Silchar was held today  at hospital premises. The programme was attended by Deputy Commissioner  as the Chief Guest in the presence of the CEO (ZP) Cachar, Ishan Chorei Tripura, Assistant Commissioner Cachar, Aruniyeti Dey, PNB Silchar, LDH, the Joint Director of Health Services Cachar, Superintendent SM Dev Civil Hospital Silchar and other health officials.

Under CSR activity, Punjab National Bank is contributing in uplifting the standard of service at Govt. Hospital of Silchar by providing required Operation Theater (OT) equipment and Generator to Satindra Mohan Dev Civil Hospital Silchar. The total cost of the donated items are Rs. 10 lakh.

PNB donated the following items: Ceiling OT light, Boyles Apparatus, Radiant Warmer, Phototherapy unit, Surgical Diathermy, 100 ma X ray machine and 10 KVA DG set. The programme also included the launch of the website of Satindra Mohan Dev Civil Hospital, Silchar developed by a young entrepreneur Abhik Dhar, Director, Adroit Software & Infra Solution.
