way2barak, May 5: Based on a credible intelligence, Cachar Police has conducted two separate special operations on 5th April against the transportation of narcotic substances at Dholai and Polarband. Two persons are arrested and recovered 129 number of soap cases containing suspected to be heroine weighing approximately 1.800 kilograms from their possession. The apprehended accused persons are 1) Rajibul Islam Laskar, Vill-Jamalpur P S – Dholai and 2) Samim Hussain Laskar, Natun Dayapur, P.S Udharbond. A bolero car bearing registration number no AS 24 D/4620 and motor cycle registration No AS 11X/8210 involved in the transportation, have also been seized .
