Recovery rate on the rise, 136 more discharged in Assam
Active cases came down to 1792
June 20: Assam is witnessing a rise in the recovery rate with more and more patients beings discharged almost everyday. On Saturday, a total of 136 patients were discharged from various hospitals of the state. With this, 3202 patients were discharged in the state. The number of active cases in the state has also come down. There are 1792 active cases in Assam. Sharing this information, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “Glad to share that more patients have been discharged today from various civil, dist & model hospitals in Assam, after being tested negative.”
