Prof Manabendra Dutta Choudhury to deliver online talk on ‘Sri Aurobindo- The Spiritual Scientist’on 17 April

April 16: As a tribute to Sri Aurobindo on his 150th birth anniversary, Sri Aurobindo Centre for Advanced Research (SACAR), Pondicherry has organised its 18th Talk on “Sri Aurobindo: The Spiritual Scientist”. The special talk will be delivered by Prof. Manabendra Dutta Choudhury, Department of Life Science and Bioinformatics Assam University, Silchar on 17 April, 2022 (Sunday) at 10 AM in online mode.

The lecture is a part of series of year-long talks exploring the multiple facets of the Mahayogi. In this talk the speaker would make an attempt to link spirituality with Science in the light of Sri Aurobindo’s Philosophy. Defining true spirituality and true spirit of Science, the talk would emphasis on the fact that Science can achieve perfection only at the level of true spirituality. The talk will attempt to establish Sri Aurobindo as a Spiritual Scientist.
