Meeting held for ward-wise segregated waste collection from households & to improve garbage free spots in Silchar

May 2: A meeting of Silchar Municipal Board (SMB) was held along with NGO’s wherein detailed discussion was held as regards ward-wise segregated waste collection from households and commercial spots to improve garbage free spots of Silchar town. Present during the meeting were MLA Silchar Dipayan Chakraborty, Deputy Commissioner Keerthi Jalli, District Development Commissioner Rajib Roy, ADC Municipality and Executive Officer Silchar Municipal Board and members of various NGO’s.
