Marwari Yuva Manch Silchar Titans distribute cooked food, biscuits & water to flood victims

May 19: While the situation in Cachar district, which is facing heavy rains and floods, is deteriorating continuously, various organizations are coming forward to help the flood victims.

At this juncture, Marwari Yuva Manch Silchar Titans as part of their Anna Daan initiative have come forward & started the food donation programme for the service of the flood affected people today on 18th May from Betukandi village in the district where about 500 affected people were given khichdi, biscuits, water etc.

The President of the Manch, Dhiraj Jain, said that under this Anna Daan campaign, every day, as much as possible, cooked food or dry ration will be provided to the needy people of the flood affected areas for the next few days.

Manoj Choudhary, the Convenor of the programme briefed that service to mankind is the biggest religion & Marwari Yuva Manch Silchar Titans is always beside the fellow Silcharians & will try to extend their full support in this time of crisis.
