Leo Club of Silchar Central distributes masks and soap in remote parts of Cachar

August 14: On Friday, Leo Club of Silchar Central along with its parent club, Lions Club of Silchar Central in association with Gyan Sagar went to Borakhai Puran Line and Manthal Tilla (22 kms  approximately from Silchar Town) in Cachar district for philanthropic activities.

The Leos and the Lions distributed approximately 675 masks and 150 Lifeboy soap in Borakhai Puran Line and then about 250 masks in Manthal Tilla and in the nearby road. Present during the occasion were six Leo members of the club. It needs mention here that it was the first outdoor project of Leo Club of Silchar Central during the Leoistic year 2020-21.

Present during the occasion were Leo Nandini Bhattacharjee, Leo Dhriti Sundar Paul (Project Chairperson), Leo Shivayan Debroy , Leo Hiteswar sutradhar and Leo Subhadip Roy.
