Leo Club of Karimganj Youth launches project ‘Shiksha Briddhhi’

August 12: Every year on 12 August, International Youth Day is celebrated all over the world. The aim of International Youth Day 2020 is to shed light on the need to enable the engagement of youth by making local, national and global institutions more inclusive for the purpose of strengthening their capacity to achieve global action.

Leo Club of Karimganj Youth in association with Lions Club of Karimganj, on the occasion of International Youth Day have taken an initiative for providing better education to the underprivileged students for free of cost.

They named their project “Shiksha Briddhhi”. The club will hire youths (i.e. college students) who are in search of any side income and will engage them to provide coaching to the underprivileged students of class 5 to 10. They announced that they will start enrolling the names from Wednesday onwards and the classes will start as soon as the pandemic ends.
