2 মেঃ উত্তর-পূর্বে আটকে পড়া আসামবাসী বাড়ি ফিরতে চাইলে তাদের কোনও ধরনের পাসের প্রয়োজন নেই। দিতে হবে না কোনও মিসড কল। তবে উত্তর-পূর্বের বাইরে যারা আটকে রয়েছেন, তাঁদেরও ফেরানোর উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হয়েছে। সে জন্য তাদের মিসড কল দিতে হবে 7428159966 নম্বরে।  কেউ নিজস্ব গাড়ি নিয়ে আসতে চাইলে কার-পাসের আবেদন করতে হবে assamtransportrelief@gmail.com -এ। রাজ্যের স্বাস্থ্যমন্ত্রী হিমন্ত বিশ্ব শর্মা শনিবার সাংবাদিকদের বলেন, মিসড কল দেওয়ার 48 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে একটি লিঙ্ক পাঠানো হবে। সেখানে কোথা থেকে আসতে চায়, কোথায় বাড়ি, কীভাবে ফিরবে ইত্যাদি জানতে চাওয়া হবে। তা জানিয়ে লিঙ্ক ফেরত পাঠালে সরকার তাদের আনার ব্যাপারে পরিকল্পনা নেবে।

যেখানে বাস পাঠিয়ে আনা সম্ভব, তাদের জন্য বাস যাবে। কিছু কিছু জায়গায় সেখান থেকেই বাসের ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। অনেক ক্ষেত্রে রেল ছাড়া উপায় থাকবে না। তবে সবকিছুই নির্ভর করবে কতজন মিসডকল করেন, কতজন লিঙ্ক ফেরত পাঠান। কোন জায়গা থেকে কত মানুষ আসতে চান, তা দেখে কবে কাকে কীভাবে আনা যাবে, তা স্থির করা হবে। সে ক্ষেত্রেও আসামে ঢুকতেই তাদের পরীক্ষা করা হবে। বিশেষ করে শ্রীরামপুর, বক্সিরহাটে খোদ পুলিশ সুপার ও স্বাস্থ্য বিভাগের যুগ্ম সঞ্চালক উপস্থিত থাকবেন। সেখান থেকে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগীয় সদরে পাঠানো হবে। বরাক উপত্যকার সবাইকে যেমন শিলচরে নিয়ে যাওয়া হবে৷

নিজের জেলায় 14দিনের জন্য কোয়ারান্টাইন করা হবে তাদের। 14 দিন পর ফের পরীক্ষা হবে এবং চিকিতসকরা সিদ্ধান্ত জানাবেন। তবে এ বারের কোয়ারান্টাইন শুধু সরকারি ব্যবস্থাপনায় নয়। ইচ্ছে করলে কেউ হোটেলে গিয়েও নিজেকে কোয়ারান্টাইন করতে পারেবেন। বিভিন্ন মানের কয়েকটি হোটেেলের সঙ্গে সরকার কথা বলছে। যে যে ধরনের হোটেলে থাকতে ইচ্ছুক, সেখানেই থাকতে পারবেন। বিলটা শুধু নিজেকে মেটাতে হবে।

আরও একটা বিষয় হিমন্ত বিশ্ব শর্মা স্পষ্ট করে দেন, আসামে ঢোকার ক্ষেত্রে সরকার প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নিচ্ছে। আসাম থেকে অন্যত্র কাউকে যেতে দেওয়া হবে না। কারণ ওই রাজ্য তাকে এখন ঢুকতে দেবে কিনা, সে প্রশ্ন রয়ে গিয়েছে। তবে আসার ব্যাপারেও তিনি বলেন, জরুরি হলেই আসুন। সমস্যা না থাকলে যেখনে রয়েছেন, সেখানেই থাকুন। এ ছাড়া, গ্রিন জোনে যারা রয়েছেন, তাদের এখনই কাজকর্ম ছেড়ে চলে আসা অর্থহীন। কারণ গ্রিনজোনে কাজকর্ম স্বাভাবিক হতে চলেছে।

May 02: Those people from Assam, who are stranded in other states of Northeast India shall not require any pass to come back to the state.They even are not required to give any miss call. However, the state government has now taken initiative to bring back those people who have got stuck in different states outside Northeast India. All such people from Assam willing to come back from outside Northeast will have to give a miss call at 7428159966. Those who are having their own vehicle and want to come back to Assam in the vehicle needs to apply for car pass by mailing details at assamtransportrelief@gmail.com.

State Health Minister, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma during a press briefing on Saturday informed that within 48 hours of giving miss call, a link will be sent wherein general information will be asked. Once the information is filled up and sent back, then the government will make attempt and do the needful in bringing them back to the state. Wherever possible, the state government will sent ASTC bus to bring them back. For far-off states, buses will be hired from those places. However, the minister mentioned that in some cases where the number is too large, there is no alternative but to seek the help of railways.

Himanta further said that everything will depend on how many person gives miss call in the helpline and also fills up the link which will be sent back after giving the miss call. It is only after that the state government will form an idea of how many persons are stranded in which state/city. This will help the government to do proper planning for bringing the stranded people back to the state.

Whatever be the means of bringing them back, but once such people enters Assam, they will have to go for compulsory check up and testing. They will be greeted there at Srirampur and Bakshirhath the Police Super and Joint Director of Health. From there, they will be sent to their respective districts. They will be quarantined in their own district for 14 days. If the doctors feel safe, then they may even be sent for home quarantine. In case of any symptoms, they will be kept under facility quarantine. After 14 days, such persons will again be tested and doctors will decide on the basis of their test report. Himanta also mentioned that the government will also make arrangement in select hotels for those who wants to stay there on paid basis. However, there will also be free quarantine facility as in Sarusajai Stadium.

Himanta further urged upon those stranded to return back to Assam at this moment only if it is very urgent. If there is no problem, then they were requested to stay where they are now. He added that those who will stay back shall be given a financial aid very soon.
