Hailakandi ranked 4th out of 112 districts of India in Health Sector

July 18: It’s indeed a matter of great pride not only for Hailakandi district but also for the entire state of Assam. Out of a total of 112 Aspirational Districts of the country, Hailakandi stood 4th in the Health Sector. Thought it seems impossible, yet it is true due to the untiring services of a large number of persons have yielded this position.

Expressing her reactions, J.Keerthi, Deputy Commissioner of Hailakandi wrote, “Hailakandi has been rated at rank 4 amongst all the 112 Aspirational Districts of the country in Health Sector. Credit goes to each and every foot worker, doctors, NHM officials and all others involved in improving health services in the district.”
