Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha, Silchar to celebrate 551st Birth Anniversary of Guru Nanak on Monday

Nov. 29: On the occasion of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s 551st Birth Anniversary on 30 November, 2020, Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha at NN Dutta Road, Silchar has organised an elaborate programme. The organisers have informed that the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak will be observed on Monday maintaining all COVID-19 protocols.

The Guru Nanak Jayanti will begin at 8.30 AM at Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha, Silchar with Nishan Sahib Sewa. This would be followed by Sahej Path Bhog at 11.30 AM. After this, Shabad Kirtan and Ardaas will begin.

Requesting the gracious presence of all along with their family members, the organisers said that the Guru ka Langar will be served from 10:00 AM onwards in take home packets. Except Sewadar, the devotees will be have to leave the Gurudwara Sahib immediately after paying obeisance. Only 6-8 devotees will be allowed to enter the Gurudwara Sahib at a time. The devotees were asked to wear mask and maintain social distance during their visit to the Gurudwara.
