Former CM Tarun Gogoi gets cured, tests negative
Sept. 17: Former Chief Minister of Assam and veteran Congress leader Tarun Gogoi recovered from COVID-19. His test results came negative. Tarun Gogoi tested COVID-19 positive on 26 August and was admitted at Gauhati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH). A team of 9 doctors under the Chairmanship of Dr Jogesh Sarma, HOD, Pulmonary Medicine Department of Gauhati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH) has been constituted to monitor the health status of Tarun Gogoi, former Chief Minister of Assam.
