Fire breaks out at Tulapatty, Silchar

March 19: Fire broke out at Tulapatty, Silchar on Thursday night at around 9.50 PM. The fire broke out in a building near K.C Nursing Home, Tulapatty. Four fire tenders at once rushed to the spot.The exact details could not be ascertained as of now. However, as per initial observation, it was learnt that there was no loss of life. Fire engines were still on work at around 11 PM on Thursday while this report was filed.

As per the locals, around 4 shops were gutted in the fire which initially broke out from a jewellery shop. There was a huge crowd on the road. OC from Sadar Police Thana along with forces was on the spot.
