External Evaluators of Gunotsav to attend Election training on 28 Nov instead of 27 Nov.

২৫ নভেম্বর : কাছাড়ের অতিরিক্ত জেলাশাসক তথা সর্বশিক্ষার মিশন ডিরেক্টর ২১ নভেম্বর এক বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে জানিয়েছেন, প্রথম পর্যায়ের দ্বিতীয় রাউন্ডের গুণোতসবে বাকি থাকা স্কুলগুলোর দক্ষতা নির্ণয় পরীক্ষা ২৭ নভেম্বর অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এই বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে আরও বলা হয়েছে, কাছাড় জেলার প্রাথমিক ও হাইস্কুল পর্যায়ে বাকি থাকা ৭২৩টি স্কুলে গুণোতসব আগের সূচি অনুযায়ী ১১ অক্টোবর হওয়ার কথা ছিল। কিন্তু পরে রাজ্যের ১৬টি জেলার স্কুলগুলোর দক্ষতা নির্ণয় স্থগিত রেখে নতুন সূচি অনুযায়ী ২৭ নভেম্বর অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা জানানো হয়।

এদিকে, কাছাড়ের জেলাশাসক ২১ নভেম্বর এক বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করে জানান, পঞ্চায়েত নির্বাচনের জন্য প্রশিক্ষণ ২৭ নভেম্বর অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এতেই সরকারি কর্মচারীদের মধ্যে নতুন করে বিভ্রান্তির সৃষ্টি হয়েছে। বিশেষ করে যেসব কর্মচারী গুণোতসবে এক্সটারন্যাল ইভালুয়েটর হিসেবে রয়েছেন, তাঁরা একইদিনে পঞ্চায়েত নির্বাচনের প্রশিক্ষণে হাজির থাকার নির্দেশ পেয়ে সমস্যায় পড়েছেন।

ওয়ে টু বরাকের সঙ্গে কথা বলতে গিয়ে কয়েকজন কলেজ শিক্ষক বিস্ময় প্রকাশ করে বলেন, একইদিনে একই সময়ে দুটি আলাদা স্থানে কীভাবে হাজির থাকা সম্ভব হতে পারে ! পরে অবশ্য বিষয়টি বুঝতে পেরে নতুন নির্দেশ জারি করে প্রশাসন। কাছাড়ের শিক্ষা বিভাগের দায়িত্বে থাকা অতিরিক্ত জেলাশাসক তথা সর্বশিক্ষার মিশন সমন্বয়ক আর কে দাম ২৪ নভেম্বর নতুন নির্দেশ জারি করে বলেন, গুণোতসবে যারা এক্সটারন্যাল ইভালুয়েটর হিসেবে রয়েছেন, তাঁদের ২৭ নভেম্বর পঞ্চায়েতের প্রশিক্ষণে অংশ নিতে হবে না। তাঁদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রশিক্ষণ হবে ২৮ নভেম্বর। ফলে এক্সটারন্যাল ইভালুয়েটর হিসেবে সরকারি কর্মচারীদের ২৭ নভেম্বর সংশ্লিষ্ট স্কুলগুলোতে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।

মিশন সমন্বয়ক ওই নির্দেশে আরও বলেছেন, যে স্কুলগুলোতে গুণোতসব হবে সেগুলোর শিক্ষক এবং সিআরসিসিরাও ২৭ নভেম্বরের বদলে ২৮ নভেম্বর পঞ্চায়েতের প্রশিক্ষণে অংশ নিতে পারবেন।

November 24:  In a notification issued by the Additional District Commissioner cum Mission Director of SSA Cachar on 21 November 2018, it was stated that Skills Evaluation of the left out schools of Gunotsav of Round II Phase I will now be held on 27 November. The notification, further stated that ‘Gunotsav in the remaining 723 number of Schools (Elementary & Secondary) of Cachar which was earlier scheduled on 11/10/18 but postponed along with 16 districts of Assam will now be conducted on 27/11/18.’

Meanwhile, on the same date, that is, on 21 November 2018, orders were issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Cachar stating that training for Panchayat Election was assigned on 27 November 2018. This led a to a great confusion, particularly among those who were assigned to perform both the duties of External Evaluators of Gunotsav and to attend Election Training on 27 November, 2018. Speaking to way2barak, some of the college teachers expressed surprise as to how to be present in two separate places at the same time!

Finally, good sense prevailed and the ADC(Education) cum District Mission Coordinator of SSA Cachar R.K. Dam issued another notification on 24 November wherein he has stated that External Evaluators of Gunotsav (Cachar) are to attend their Election Training on 28 November in place of 27 November. As such, the External Evaluators were asked to positively attend their respective schools for evaluation work on 27 November.

The said notification issued by Mr. Dam also stated that in case of CRCCs/Teachers of the Gunotsav Schools on 27 November 2018 can also attend the election training on 28 November, 2018.
