District Home Guards Office announces assessment timetable

way2barak, December 11:–The District Home Guards Office, Cachar, hereby informs all concerned that the Home Guard Volunteers Assessment Board for the districts of Cachar (CAC), Hailakandi (HKD), and Sribhumi (SBH) will be conducted at the Home Guards District Training Centre, Dayapur, Udharbond, Cachar, as per the dates and roll number sequence notified by the authority.

 

The assessment process will begin on 15 December 2025, covering CAC roll numbers 001 to 300 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. On 16 December 2025, the assessment will continue for CAC roll numbers 301 to 600. On 17 December 2025, CAC roll numbers 601 to 700 along with SBH roll numbers 001 to 200 will be assessed. The process will proceed on 18 December 2025 for SBH roll numbers 201 to 350 and HKD roll numbers 001 to 150. On 19 December 2025, HKD roll numbers 151 to 450 will appear before the Board. The assessment will conclude on 20 December 2025 with the final evaluation conducted by the Board.

 

All concerned Home Guard volunteers are instructed to appear before the selection committee on their respective dates and time slots with all original documents, including Home Guard volunteer documents, PAN card, Aadhaar card (optional), Character Certificate, and other relevant identification papers required for the assessment. Volunteers are strictly advised to ensure timely reporting and avoid any delay or misinformation, as the District Commandant Home Guards of Cachar and the Urban Wing Offices of Hailakandi and Karimganj will not be responsible for late submissions or procedural lapses. Any misleading information, malpractice, or attempt to influence the assessment process will be dealt with seriously, as such actions hamper the fairness and transparency of the evaluation.

 

It is further notified that no TA/DA or accommodation facilities will be provided to volunteers appearing before the Assessment Board.
