Discharged home guard volunteers of 3 districts of Barak to submit certificates for enrollment as home guard volunteers

Nov 12: All discharged home guards volunteers of Cachar, Hailakandi and Karimganj district who are below the age of 55 years and who will have  completed 3 years of voluntary service should submit their opinion form with effect from 17 November, 2020 to 1 December, 2020.

Issuing a letter in to this effect District Commandant, Home guards, Cachar on Tuesday stated that interested discharged home guards volunteers of Cachar, Hailakandi and Karimganj district should submit their home guards training certificates, school certificate, birth certificate, pan card, character certificate from ward commissioner, passport size 2 copies of recent photo and contact number etc at the office of District Commandant Home guards, Cachar , Silchar of Cachar District and both the office of the urban wing home guards, Karimganj and Hailakandi district offices respectively, regarding their willingness to enroll as home guards volunteers for further period of 3years block under the provision of Assam Home G,Act 1947 amended in 2015.
