Dharma Kanta Mili appointed as DHE, Assam

May 20: Dharma Kanta Mili, ACS (DR-93) has been appointed by the state government as the Director of Higher Education (DHE), Assam. Earlier, he was the Director of Sports & Youth Welfare, Assam. This was notified by the Secretary to the Government of Assam, Personnel (A) Department, Government of Assam on 20 May, 2021.

Further, the notification also stated that Bhupesh Chandra Das, ACS (DR-92), District Development Commissioner, Cachar was also transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Sonitpur.
