Death toll in Assam inching towards 1000; 1 more dies due to COVID-19 on Thursday

Dec. 10: On Thursday, one more person lost her life in Assam due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state has now reached 999. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The  deceased was identified as:
