Death toll in Assam due to COVID-19 reaches 1000

Dec. 11: On Friday, one more person lost her life in Assam due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state has now reached 1000. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The  deceased was identified as:
