2 more tests positive in Meghalaya, total goes up to 10

April 18: Two more persons were tested as COVID-19 positive in Shillong on Saturday. Both of them are connected with the 1st corona patient from the state who died recently. One of them is a family member of the deceased doctor from Shillong and the other was the helper of the doctor. This takes the total tally of COVID-19 patient to 10 in Meghalaya.

Taking to his official twitter handle, Meghalaya Chief Minister Cornad Sangma wrote, “Two more positive cases detected taking the total to 10 active cases in the State. Both cases are from the house of the first patient one is family and other a helper in the house.”
