DC Cachar inspects potholes at National Highway, instructs officials to repair immediately

Sept. 29: Potholes on the streets of Silchar is a very common sight. Many roads within the municipal areas of the town are also full of potholes. On Monday, Keerthi Jalli Deputy Commissioner, Cachar went in person at National Highway, Silchar to inspect the road full of potholes. DC Jalli instructed the concerned officials to repair the potholes immediately. On getting instruction from the Deputy Commissioner, Contractor Upadhaya promised to start repair work at National Highway as soon as rains subside.
