Croatia shows Brazil the exit path from 2022 FIFA World Cup & qualify for the semi-finals
way2barak, Dec.10: Five-time champions Brazil was crashed out of the 2022 FIFA World Cup after losing 2-4 on penalties to 2018 FIFA World Cup runners-up Croatia in the quarter-finals. Croatia became the first team to qualify for the semi-finals. Neymar scored in the extra-time to put Brazil in front before Bruno Petkovic equalised with just minutes left in the extra-time whistle. In the penalties, Croatia came out on top yet again to seal their berth in the last four. Brazil were knocked out in the quarter-finals in the last edition as well.
