Brown sugar seized from 2 persons by Cachar Police on Monday

July 27: Acting on a tip-off, police forces in Cachar seized 445 grams of suspected Brown sugar was seized from two persons at Pakoibeel under Dholai Police Station. The raid was conducted on Monday afternoon by Cachar Police. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.

On Sunday, based on a secret information a team under OC Sonai conducted a raid at Swadhin Bazar area under Sonai PS and recovered a total of 6000 WY tablets from the possession of one person. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.

Again, on Sunday, one Laptop with accessories, one tablet, one web camera, one Jio wifi, some gold and silver ornaments were recovered from the possession of two persons who have been arrested in connection with Lakhipur PS Case No- 250/2020 U/S 457/380 IPC
