Assam University organises special session on RBI career prospect
আরবিআইয়ে কর্মসংস্থানের সম্ভাবনা নিয়ে বিশেষ অধিবেশন আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে

ওয়ে টু বরাক, ৮ সেপ্টেম্বর : আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ক্যারিয়ার কাউন্সিলিং অ্যান্ড প্লেসমেন্ট সেলের উদ্যোগে ও বাণিজ্য প্রশাসন বিভাগের সহায়তায় সোমবার ভারতীয় রিজার্ভ ব্যাংকে কর্মসংস্থানের সম্ভাবনা নিয়ে এক বিশেষ অধিবেশন আয়োজিত হয়। অধিবেশনের লক্ষ্য ছিল শিক্ষার্থীদের ভারতীয় রিজার্ভ ব্যাংকে কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ সম্পর্কে নির্দেশনা দেওয়ার পাশাপাশি নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া, পেশাগত ভূমিকা ও ব্যাংকিং ক্ষেত্রে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী প্রবৃদ্ধি সম্পর্কে অন্তর্দৃষ্টি প্রদান করা।

অধিবেশনে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ভারতীয় রিজার্ভ ব্যাংকের গুয়াহাটি কার্যালয়ের মানবসম্পদ ব্যবস্থাপনা বিভাগের ম্যানেজার গৌতম দাও ও অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট ম্যানেজার সুমিত ভাৎস। বক্তব্য পেশ করতে গিয়ে তাঁরা নিজেদের অভিজ্ঞতা ভাগ করে নেন। ব্যাংকিং সেক্টরের সর্বোচ্চ প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসেবে ভারতীয় রিজার্ভ ব্যাংকের গুরুত্ব উল্লেখ করে বলেন, এই প্রতিষ্ঠান দেশের আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাই শুধু নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে না, উচ্চাকাঙ্খী পেশাদারদের জন্য এক গতিশীল ক্যারিয়ারেরও পথ সুগম করে।

শুরুতে স্বাগত বক্তব্য পেশ করেন বাণিজ্য প্রশাসন বিভাগের সহকারী অধ্যাপক ড. কল্যাণ দাস। অধিবেশন আয়োজনে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা পালন করেন ইনকিউবেশন সেলের সদস্য দৈপায়ন দাস, অরিন্দম দত্ত ও সোহম চৌধুরী। অধিবেশন শেষে আয়োজিত হয় প্রশ্নোত্তর পর্ব। এতে শিক্ষার্থীদের বিভিন্ন প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেন ভারতীয় রিজার্ভ ব্যাংকের ম্যানেজার ও অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট ম্যানেজার। এক বিবৃতিতে এখবর জানিয়েছেন বিভাগীয় প্রধান অধ্যাপক দেবমাল্য ঘোষ।

Way2barak, September 8 : The Career Counselling and Placement Cell of Assam University, in collaboration with the Department of Business Administration and the Reserve Bank of India, organized a session on “Career Prospects at RBI”. The session aimed at guiding students about the career opportunities in the Reserve Bank of India and equipping them with insights into the recruitment process, professional roles, and long-term growth in the banking sector.

The program was graced by Shri Gautam Dawo, Manager, Human Resource Management Department (HRMD), RBI Guwahati Office, and Shri Sumit Vatsa, Assistant Manager, HRMD, RBI Guwahati Office, who addressed the gathering and shared their experiences in the banking industry. They emphasized the significance of RBI as a premier institution that not only regulates the monetary system of the country but also offers a dynamic career path for aspiring professionals.

Members of the Incubation Cell, Daipayan Das, Arindam Dutta and Soham Chowdhury actively supported the program and Dr. Kalyan Das welcomed the guests. The session concluded with an engaging interractive session, leaving students motivated and better informed about future career possibilities in the central banking sector.
