Assam University moving ahead towards complete digitisation

April 13: Assam University, Silchar is striving hard to bring all affiliated colleges and departments of the university under one umbrella. All students who desire to take admission in Assam University or its  affiliated colleges, shall have to submit the application in a common Admission portal. Students can select multiple colleges at a time during admission subject to fulfillment of the requisite admission criteria. This will be effective from 2021.

As per sources in the University, it was informed that present examination software will be upgraded soon to incorporate the admission portal.
