Assam University Conducts Career Counseling Program in Tripura
ত্রিপুরায় ক্যারিয়ার কাউন্সেলিং কর্মসূচি আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের

ওয়ে টু বরাক, ১১ জানুয়ারি : ত্রিপুরার বিভিন্ন কলেজে ক্যারিয়ার কাউন্সেলিং অভিযান চালালো আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বাণিজ্য প্রশাসন বিভাগ। চারদিনের এই কর্মসূচি রবিবার শেষ হয়েছে। এই কর্মসূচির মূল উদ্দেশ্য ছিল, স্নাতক স্তরের শিক্ষার্থীদের স্নাতকোত্তর পর্যায়ে সঠিক ক্যারিয়ারের পথ বেছে নিতে সহায়তা করা ও বাণিজ্য প্রশাসন সংক্রান্ত শিক্ষার সুযোগ সম্পর্কে সচেতন করা। গত ৮ জানুয়ারি থেকে এই অভিযান শুরু হয়।

বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বাণিজ্য প্রশাসন বিভাগের অধ্যাপক ড. অমিত কুমার দাস, ড. দীপজ্যোতি চৌধুরী ও ড. নীলাঞ্জনা চক্রবর্তীর নেতৃত্বে একদল গবেষক এই আউটরিচ কর্মসূচিতে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা পালন করেন। তাঁরা শিক্ষার্থীদের সঙ্গে মতবিনিময় করেন। কর্মসূচিতে ক্যারিয়ার পরিকল্পনা, দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন এবং ব্যবস্থাপনা ক্ষেত্রে সম্ভাবনাময় সুযোগসমূহ নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হয়।

ত্রিপুরার মোট আটটি কলেজে এই কাউন্সেলিং সেশন অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে ধর্মনগর সরকারি ডিগ্রি কলেজ, কৈলাশহর রামকৃষ্ণ কলেজ, উদয়পুর এনএসএম কলেজ, বিলোনিয়া আইসিভি কলেজ, খোয়াই ডিডিএম কলেজ, আমবাসা সরকারি ডিগ্রি কলেজ, শান্তিরবাজার সরকারি ডিগ্রি কলেজ ও সোনামুড়া কেএনএম কলেজ। শিক্ষার্থীরা উচ্চশিক্ষার সম্ভাবনা ও ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া নিয়ে আলোচনায় সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করেন। এই কর্মসূচির সহায়তায় ছিল ত্রিপুরা সরকারের উচ্চশিক্ষা দফতর।

Way2barak, January 11 : The Department of Business Administration of Assam University conducted a career counseling outreach program in various colleges of Tripura. The four-day program concluded on Sunday. The main objective of this initiative was to assist undergraduate students in choosing the right career path at the postgraduate level and to create awareness about educational opportunities in the field of Business Administration. The program began on January 8.

A team of researchers led by Professor Dr. Amit Kumar Das, Dr. Dipjyoti Choudhury, and Dr. Nilanjana Chakraborty from the Department of Business Administration of the university played an active role in this outreach program. They interacted with students and held discussions on career planning, skill development, and promising opportunities in the field of management.

The counseling sessions were conducted in a total of eight colleges in Tripura. These included Dharmanagar Government Degree College, Kailashahar Ramkrishna College, Udaipur NSM College, Belonia ICV College, Khowai DDM College, Ambassa Government Degree College, Shantirbazar Government Degree College, and Sonamura KNM College. Students actively participated in discussions on higher education opportunities and the admission process. The program was supported by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Tripura.
