Assam Univ to launch online exam form submission facility for TDC Non-CBCS students

May 22: It has come to the notice of the examination branch of Assam University, Silchar that some of the affiliated colleges have taken as institutional quarantine centre for returnees to Assam in connection to COVID-I9 pandemic. In this prevailing situation, Assam University will launch online examination form submission in order to facilitate students to submit exam form without visiting their respective colleges. A notification in this regard was issued by the Controller of Examinations in-charge of Assam University on 22 May, 2020.

After due verification of data submitted by students, list of semester-wise eligible candidates along with requisite fees (excluding exam centre fee) to be deposited to the University for appearing in the forthcoming TDC Even Semester Examinations (Non-CBCS), 2020 shall be sent to the concerned colleges. The college authorities shall collect fees from their students using their own mechanism.

It was further informed that those students who have already submitted their examination forms need not fill up exam form through online again. The last dates of submission of offline exam forms by the students and submission of Exam Forms for the forthcoming TDC Even Semester Exam (Non-CBCS),  2020 to the University have been extended from 30 May, 2020 to 08 June, 2020 and 05.06.2020 to 15.06.2020 respectively. However, last date of online exam form submission will be intimated on due course of time.

In this connection, all affiliated college principals were asked to to submit detail data of offline and online examination forms separately in both hard copy and soft copy in excel format along with requisite amount to the university within the stipulated time.
