Biggest daily spike in COVID-19 deaths reported in India

June 22: In a matter of worry, death toll related to coronavirus in India jumped by 445 in the last 24 hours. This is the biggest single-day spike in 5 days, taking the total count to 13,699 on Monday. The total number of cases increased to 4,25,282, after a jump of 14,821 cases in one day. At the same time, the recovery rate has also gone up. Till now, a total of 2,37,195 patients were discharged. As of now, there are 1,74,387 active cases in the country.
