Assam registers 3 more deaths due to COVID-19 on Sunday, toll reaches 868

Oct. 18: On Sunday, three more deaths were registered in Assam due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll of the state has gone upto 868. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The 03 deceased were identified as:

• Chandra Balmiki (45) of Nagaon
• Dilip Saikia (60) of Jorhat
• Tambhasana Devi (79) of Hojai
