Assam registers 2 more deaths due to COVID-19 on Saturday, toll reaches 973

Nov. 21: on Saturday, another two patients died in Assam due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state has reached 973. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The two deceased were identified as:

• Ranjan Gogoi (52) of Jorhat
• Khirubala Barman (65) of Chirang
