After AHSEC, now SEBA also to reduce 30% syllabus for HSLC Exam, 2021

August 31: Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has already declared to reduce its course contents for the HS Final year examinations, 2020 as a result of the ongoing pandemic. Following, this, the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) has decided to reduce 30 per cent syllabus of High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examinations for 2021.

As per reports, SEBA will be sending the new syllabus to the respective schools in the state in PDF format on Tuesday. This is a special measure only for the HSLC examination, 2021. The step was necessitated as because the schools are closed due to the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic since March 2020.
