Covid 2nd wave is China’s viral war against India, says BJP leader Vijayvargiya

2nd wave part of China's "toolkit" to malign PM & diminish his popularity, says the BJP leader

May 25: Senior BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya said that the second Covid-19 wave causing havoc in India is “China’s viral war” against the country. This “viral war” is being waged to undercut the country’s, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s, standing globally, the party’s in-charge of West Bengal said. The BJP leader was speaking in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore during a programme to distribute oxygen concentrators in rural areas of the city.

“Why only India faced it? Neighbouring countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, or Afghanistan haven’t been affected. As India stood firmly against China on the border issue, the possibility of a viral attack from China can’t be denied. Because if anyone in the world has challenged China, it was India and Modiji.”  Vijayvargiy added. He further said that this wave was part of China’s “toolkit” to malign the Prime Minister and diminish his popularity.
